How We Started
A Craftsman's Obsession with Getting It Right.
CustomBuiltATX started in a one-car garage in South Austin with a table saw, a truck full of lumber, and a stubborn refusal to cut corners. Our founder spent years watching homeowners settle for cabinets that almost fit, built-ins that almost looked right, and finishes that almost matched. Almost wasn't good enough.
Today we build custom cabinetry, built-ins, mudrooms, vanities, garage systems, and bespoke woodwork for homes across Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. Every project is still built the same way it was in that garage — by hand, to spec, with no shortcuts.
